Recover bookmarks from old SSD

Hello,
my old laptop broke down. Now I have a new one and I connected the old SSD and started Opera from that old SSD but it does not open with my old bookmarks.
Is there any way to recover those old bookmarks? There is one really important
Thank you for your help! -

@katrin676 Bookmarks shouldn't be hard, the file is not encrypted or anything and could just be copied over to the new machine. Passwords though are encrypted.
The most obvious reason you didn't find the bookmarks was that the old drive was probably assigned a different drive letter on the new laptop, so Opera was looking on the new drive rather than the old for the bookmarks.
Do you know where your profile was on the old drive? Generally at (drive:)\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\ and the file will be called Bookmarks. Be aware, AppData is actually a hidden folder and depending on your settings may not be visible - you'll need to enable showing hidden items in File Manager or type the address in manually.
