My Opera turned red in the taskbar. What does this mean, and how can I resolve it?

About 2 days ago, my Opera started turning red in the taskbar. However, I haven't encountered any issues with downloading files like I've seen others mention on the forum. I can't find any browser notifications to identify where the problem might be, and I have no idea what to do to resolve it. Can someone please help?

@sgunhouse Mine is also doing this but I've looked through my downloads and there's nothing there, is there any other thing that could be making it happen?

Sometimes, on Windows at least, the only thing that will fix this is to delete everything in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\temp" and "C:\Windows\temp".
So, if clearing downloads at the URL
opera://downloads
and clearing "cached images and files" and "download history" for all time at the URLopera://settings/clearBrowserData
doesn't help, try that clearing your temp folders.
