How to move my wallpapers, mods and shaders to another computer ?

Hey, I'm trying to put all my wallpapers, mods and shaders from my PC to my laptop.

I read some stuff about going in the Appdata file, but I can't find anything about my wallpapers, and don't really understand what I have to do to have my mods and shaders.

Can anybody help me on that, please ?

@mathiassassin Mods are like extensions, so they probably should be in the Extensions folders.

@leocg Alright, so here's what my extensions file look like.
How can I sort this out ?
Plus, I have already all my "real extensions" on my laptop and they are all configured already.
If I just copy and paste I guess I'm gonna lose and corrupt everything.
Isn't there a way to see which mod has which name ?
