New tab button in the wrong place

Unfortunately this form returns error when trying to upload pictures and the bug report one isn't available for external access, so I'll try to describe this in text:
- I opened a new tab from a pinned tab (middle click on a link)
- It opens at the leftmost area after the pinned tabs
- I horizontally dragged the tab to the right, so I could put it in my rightmost tab island
- I already have multiple tab islands, both collapsed and expanded
- Dragging didn't pass a certain collapsed tab island
(+)button used for creating a new tab outside the islands showed up right after the collapsed tab island that didn't let the new tab pass through- Situation after the bug happening:
- 1 collapsed tab island
- The new tab
- 1 collapsed tab island
- New tab button
- 1 collapsed tab island
- 1 expanded tab island
