Problem logging into PNC bank with Latest version of Opera

I have been using Opera as my primary browser since version 1. I am using Windows 11, with the latest updates. In the past few weeks I have been unable to log into PNC Bank site. I get an error: CODE 18 - 73.172.121.215. I called PNC and they find no problems on theier end.
I can log into the bank site with Chrome, Firefox and other browsers, and if a use a user-agent extension in Opera, and use Chrome or firefox option, I can also log in with no problem.
Not sure what else to try, other than to just use the User-Agent when I need to go to the bank website, or to use Chrome when I need to do bank business. I'd rather stick with Opera.
Any ideas?

@chawoobie If you can access the page using Opera nut masking its user agent, it means that the site is blocking Opera or are sending incorrect information to Opera.
The best thing would be that the site fixing the problem, but you can report the problem using the browser tool for that so Opera can include the site in a workaround for those situations. -

I have the same problem with my Windows 11 desktop. But, my Windows 10 laptop allows me to access PNC on-line banking as does the iPhone app. No idea why! PNC says my account is not blocked.

@iceratt If it is a new computer, it may take a few days for the bank to recognize it. When I bought a new computer last Christmas it took about a week for my bank (not PNC) to acknowledge it - prior to that it kept giving me some generic error message. Apparently they were keeping track of my hardware profile as a form of 2FA, and obviously my new hardware didn't match their profile. (Gee, imagine that. )

It's a 2 year old computer and I've been able to log in to PNC since I set up the computer. This just happened about 10 days ago.
