How can I install Opera Neon? (Windows 10)
The previously downloaded OperaNeonSetup installer does not start.

The link on the site is only for the regular version of Opera
I need the Neon version

@ternov Neon has never, ever been updated - it was only a concept. As such there's no guarantee it will work with any recent updates to Windows either.

Having said that, it seems they changed all the Download links on the page to point to the current stable version, so I don't know where you'd find a download link.
