Opera adding odd style definitions to Every page

So, I got back into web dev recently and just found out Opera is adding this very odd styles to Every Single Page , mine and all other pages, local and remote. What is this?? Why is it applying random styles to my html tags? Even pure, empty html pages get this bs applied to them! What is this? I'm on Windows 10 and only Opera is doing this. No other browser. I've got all of them!

@chasdev You could have looked it up - the ad-blocker adds that. If you want to remove it, turn off the blocking features while you work.

@sgunhouse I did look it up, which is why I posted asking about it. Would've never guessed. Thanks for the reply. Maybe the post can help someone else save their own face...
