Resolution dropping in certain areas randomly.

Sometimes resolution drops both in the tabs and the top area of the website. Sometimes it'll drop on a random area of the screen, but never where the mouse is. I recorded a video, but can't upload videos here so that's all I got.

@magicalus Do you mean that text or images appear blurry or pixelated? I'm not sure if I understand...

@alobpreis Definitely pixelated. The edges are still defined, they're just hard to read because the resolution drops significantly. I can't upload the video till tommorow because I shut my laptop down for the night, but I'll put a link here as soon as I can.

Turns out its a graphics card issue.

@magicalus Wow, and it only happened with Opera?? Could you fix it now?
If, for example, you take a screenshot, does it also have the issue?

@alobpreis No, it was just more noticeable with Opera because the font is pretty small, but I just saw it happen in steam.
