Sometimes resolution drops both in the tabs and the top area of the website. Sometimes it'll drop on a random area of the screen, but never where the mouse is. I recorded a video, but can't upload videos here so that's all I got.

The edges are still defined, they're just hard to read because the resolution drops significantly.
