Restart to update has been broken for a while on opera://about/ as the Relaunch Now button shows up about 30 seconds before it is ready causing a 100% failure to update (you need to wait around 30 seconds after seeing the button before clicking it).

Any idea when on macOS the Opera streams will get the is a notarization fixed?
