Window size not staying at edges of screen.

So I have been having this issue for a long time now. Iv tried to live with it and at times can, but it always pops out at me and becomes an annoyance all over again. I run Opera in window mode as I like to have one column of icons visible on the left of my screen. the bottom and right of my window I like to keep right at the edges. Now years ago this wasn't a problem and that's why I got so used to this set up. But for a long time now the bottom and right border of Opera refuse to remain on the edges and it just always bugs me. I can move them to it manually but after closing the browser it will once again reset to having this slight gap there. This is the gap I speak off.

Everything else stays as it should such as the left border and the top border remaining along the top edge of the desktop. It is just the right and bottom edges. I have tested to see if this was an issue with other browsers but it seem to be exclusive to Opera. Am I missing some simple setting somewhere or is this just a really stupid oversight.
