I have used and loved Opera GX for about a year now. It's better than chrome on almost every level and it's almost perfect, and workspaces are a great feature, but what I think would make this browser even better is the tab groups feature from chrome.

So when you right-click on a tab you should have the option to add this tab to a group, then give the tab group a name and color. You can add multiple tabs to the tab group and also be able to create multiple tab groups. Tabs that can be moved easily between the tab groups by just dragging them from one to another instead of having to go to a sub-menu. You should also be able to collapse these tab groups so all of the tabs that you have open don't get shown on the tab bar unless you uncollapse the tab group.

This feature would make the hazardous task of organizing tabs a lot easier and more user-friendly. So instead of having to switch workspaces or switch between all of the tabs to find the tab that you're looking for, you can have tab groups that can make your life a lot easier.

@simonalz Workspaces are Opera's approach to tabs groups.

@leocg Not quite the same, though. Workspaces are great, but I don't understand why we can't have both of them. Group Tabs are way faster to use and everyone wants them, why is this feature not even being considered after so many requests through all these years?
