The best option for libffmpegDOTso at the moment is from an installation of Vivaldi stable, located in /var/opt/vivaldi/media-codecs-"long string", as it does not require GLIBC_2.35 and GLIBC_2.34.

Has this beta fixed the very annoying startup problem introduced with v85, where when Opera is opened from an email link it doesn't open the user's set "on startup" page too?
