Cant upload pictures to pin board, the error "Image could not be uploaded. Please try again later."

Cant upload pictures to pin board, the error "Image could not be uploaded. Please try again later." keeps popping up no matter which why i try to upload an image, i pasted from clip board, downloaded image and tried to put it in and i tried putting a link to see if it would do the thing where it puts a pic there but all of them came up with the same message. Help.
