VPN for chromebook

I just got opera from the google play store for my chromebook, and I want to set up the VPN, but I cant find any tutorials for chromebook. Does anyone know how I can set it up?

@badatgaming Should be in Settings - yes, it is. Click the icon at the bottom of the sidebar, then the gear icon to the right.

@sgunhouse Yeah, Its there. It wasnt when I submitted though so thats pretty strange.
