Random update js file download

I was just browsing a website and then Opera said I was using an out of date version of the browser, it then downloaded a JS file without asking for my permission
the file was Opera.Update.b48ae7.js. Is this a legitimate file?

@kapple12 Opera updates itself if you let it, and you can go to Help > About Opera to see if you're up to date. Most of those warnings are scams or malware. You're better of deleting or ignoring the file.
