I have some specific extensions like Dark Mode (not the opera inbuilt one). It can be enabled/disabled for certain websites but I am unable to access the extension options for sidebar apps,
Let's say I've already disabled www.twitter.com from the extension, the sidebar twitter would still use that extension and alter page accordingly. If I open twitter as a tab it's all good.
I just want to be able to access the extension options for sidebar applications.
Is there any way to do that?

@yoday Messengers in the sidebar are just the regular web pages put in a panel.

@leocg I understand, but the extension still activates on the sidebar applications and not on the webpage (because it's blacklisted).
Basically blacklisting the webpage is only working on the tab page and not on the sidebar page for some reason.

@yoday Right click on the messenger panel and copy the address, then check if it's the same one in your exception list.

Right clicking a sidebar application does not give me an option to copy its link.

@yoday maybe leocg is thinking about vivaldi's sidebar XD.
even he is the mod here.

@yoday Of course you need to have the panel with the messenger opened and right click on that panel.

I think so. Do you know how do I contact devs?

I tried that too, but if I right click the sidebar application icon while it's open, I get the same options and the sidebar app collapses (or closes).

@omi-kun But it's obvious that Whatsapp uses web.whatsapp.com and Spotify uses open.spotify.com but for some reason extension does not disable them even after blacklisting the sites.

                                Screenshots for examples
Dark reader extension options in open.spotify.com web page in tab: https://imgur.com/a/PtbD4tF
Full screen screenshot of the same: https://imgur.com/a/6JL78xv

Look at the volume slider button for example.

@yoday Nope, regular Opera but there shouldn't be any difference since they have the same core, GX is based on regular Opera.
