M2 , move page view vertical scroll bar location

Would like to move the vertical scroll bar to the left. Hope it is possible.

@emc Opera 12 and/or Opera Mail? While Presto was known for flexibility, I don't think swapping sides for scroll bars was ever possible. Maybe Blackbird has an idea (and if there is a way it might involve editing the CSS file used for mail, mime.css, but I know little about CSS).
