How can I configure Opera so that when clicking on a link pointing to a video it reads it instead of downloading the file?

If I code with href, it gets downloaded whereas with other browsers it gets played without being downloaded -

@geraldt The server sends a header with the file. If the header says Content-disposition:attachment then the file will be downloaded. However ... Opera is based on Chromium, if Chrome downloads the file so will Opera and Vivaldi and Edge. Firefox and Safari are not based on Chrome.
