@eric69 you can also do next steps:

      1. Set the environmental variable:
        On Windows:
Right click My Computer > Properties
      • Click Advanced system settings
      • Under the Advanced Tab click Environment Variables
      • Create a new system variable with the name: OPERA_CRASH_EMAIL and value: your@email
      • Click OK
      • If you run Opera from the command line, the command line windows need to be restarted.

      For OS X

      • Open Terminal and input the following commands.
      • list itemSet the e-mail address to send logs to:
        defaults write com.operasoftware.Opera OPCrashEmail <my_email>
      • To check if it was successfully set:
        defaults read com.operasoftware.Opera
      1. Reproduce the bug. It will send your logs to us.
      2. Provide the email you specified

Fix a Tab Recovery option after crush.
I just had a crush after just simply trying to delete cookies, by clicking on the lock of the messenger sidebar app.

300+ tabs on multiple Workspaces gone. My last save of the tabs on speed dial is about 1 ½ week old. A notification to bring them automatically back is of curse absent. I cannot even do it by pressing Ctrl+Shift+T, that works on all the other browsers. Now I have to search in my History, find them and manually reopen them one-by-one.

Opera Browser, by format, encourages the users to have multiple Workspaces and Tabs open and pinned at all times, yet it lacks the simple feature of "Closed Tabs Recovery" after a crash, that all the other browsers have.

Please, consider making this and option,
We cannot live with the constant thought, of an eminent crush and loss of all tab progress…
