Hi @andrew84, follow the below steps:
1. Close the Opera, go to Opera's profile directory and open "Preferences" file in some JSON editor e.g. JSONedit
(first make a copy of the file, so in case somethings goes wrong you can overwrite the file with it),
2. Search for "geolocation": section (first iteration), then under it replace "true" with "false" in "eula_accepted": true,
3. Save the changes, close the file and relaunch the browser.
