Can't exit Desktop mode on Youtube

I tried Desktop mode on Youtube (in order to listen with screen off on my Moto G) but the thumbs are too small. So then toggling Desktop Off doesn't work! Stuck.

@henerey Doesn't work as in Youtube stays in its desktop mode though Opera itself is identifying as a mobile, or you can't access Opera's settings to switch it to mobile?

If the problem is just Youtube you should be able to clear cookies.

@sgunhouse I can access the Opera settings and toggle Desktop OFF. But that doesn't work.

@henerey that is, the control Appears toggled OFF but it doesn't work on YT. I'll try logging out there.

@henerey I used YouTube's own app to sign out and back. It worked!
I much prefer Opera with ad blocking
