restore a session

Hi there, following an update, my browser was closed and my session with a ton of important tabs was closed...
I found the files (Tabs_XXXX and Session_XXXX) of my session in the opera installation folders, but how can I use them?

@ivonik In English it would be

%APPDATA%\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Session Storage\

(Windows expands %APPDATA% to the right directory.)

@sgunhouse Thanks, but Rather in a folder "Sessions", as I just learned reading the forum.

@ivonik They should be in the Sessions folder.
