      hi
When i search with Google i can not copy the link location by context right click correctly.
It always brings a Google tracking URL eg:

      https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwi9usC-5KDuAhXJyaQKHbDzAkEQFjABegQIBBAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stura.uni-osnabrueck.de%2Fsites%2Fstupa.uos.de%2Ffiles%2Fcommon%2Fprotokoll_2007-05-02.pdf&usg=AOvVaw0N1ftzp-YwWcFMLVJfE83d

      Correct :
      https://www.stura.uni-osnabrueck.de/sites/stupa.uos.de/files/common/protokoll_2007-05-02.pdf

This shit also happens with yahoo and duckduckgo search results. o_O
With ecosia and bing search there is no such tracking or ads link copied to clipboard.

      Anyone with the same problem?

@cratte It always worked that way, you need to open the link and copy the address from the opened page.

If they list the real address you could select the text by dragging and then copy that. And it used to be popular to have extensions to remove tracking code (though obviously the search engines don't want you to remove it).

sorry i missed to say that copying the search Google results URL by context in Firefox is clean without tracking code.
            But not in Opera.
            Thats the point.

@cratte Like I said, that's how it always worked.

The reason? I have no idea.

You may have some extension/add-on installed on Firefox, which cleans google links. There are some suxh extension for opera too (search for skip redirect for example); be sure to understand what they are doing (and better disable such extensions on other sites - they can make impossible to login or make payments or actions).

@donq yes, your are right. 🙂
I looked at my addons on Firefox and found ClearURLs which cleans up URLs.
Because i use now mostly Opera i forgot this 😉
But i installed it on Opera and everything is OK now. 🙂
                  thx
