Bookmarks bar items not getting highlighted on mouse hover/click

I'm using the Opera 73 stable version and I have this problem: Does anyone know how to solve this?

Using light or dark theme?

All I can say at the moment is it does work in the latest Developer build with the dark theme.

@sgunhouse I'm using light themes. The stable version has the same problem with dark themes.
