Why opera mini browsers doesnt have option to retain tabs after restart of the app like other browsers have?

Whenever I use mini browsers, I lose my tabs whenever I come back to browser after time or do a restart of the apps and as a result, I cant use it like other browsers does. I am using DDG browser and it has option to retain tabs after coming back to the browser some time later. So what happened to mini browsers? I looked into settings but cant see anything as such?

@ROCKKER-55 I even restart the phone and was able to get back my previous tab on Opera Mini for Android.
