I was running a few tests on my php and html file and looks like Opera doesn't run colors linked to a css file. Chrome, Firefox and Brave went fine. Am I doing something wrong? It only shows up fine if I type within the "style" tag on the html file.

@matheustr1 I guess should do whatever Chromium does

Provide a test case so people can test.

@leocg now I figured out what it is... Opera is slower than Chrome to process changes

@leocg or maybe it's my devserver. What you think?

Maybe you should hit Ctrl+F5 in Opera to refresh page and related resources?
