<![CDATA[Opera doesn't apply css color settings like hexadecimal and rgb?]]>I was running a few tests on my php and html file and looks like Opera doesn't run colors linked to a css file. Chrome, Firefox and Brave went fine. Am I doing something wrong? It only shows up fine if I type within the "style" tag on the html file.

Maybe you should hit Ctrl+F5 in Opera to refresh page and related resources?

Opera is slower than Chrome to process changes
