Can't turn off adblock for sites.

I have no icon on my tool bar for adblock. When I turn it off at the extensions menu under exceptions, it doesn't work and I still can't access the site I unblocked. I've searched every where and I don't find anything close to this problem.

@sgunhouse Thank you. I tried to set the site to "allow", but the site still says I have an adblocker on.

@purple-cat No problems here, I can disable ad-block for that site.

@leocg I even uninstalled Opera and reinstalled it. I give up for now. At least it lets me do the puzzles anyway. They just won't get money for it.

Hi
adblock (hidden extension) controls are not in 'tool bar' section,
but are inside the address bar itself
to the right of address bar in a little blue shield.
See attached .gif fileThis used to puzzle me.
Sometimes a site gets stuck with wrong cookies and does not listen, in which case delete cookies for that site, then will need to sign in again but adblocker control should work.
Opera cookie control is lousy - you may need an extension such as https://seamex.github.io/RemoveCookiesFromDomain/
or CookieEditor
(Tip: if you have too many extensions in toolbar, use Extensify)https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jlrGz9SEWwu2D07gADcj95TZtg1ITLlW/view?usp=sharing
not sure if this works
