Can I change the default location? I'm not in Kansas Toto

Default location is somewhere in the Kansas - my preferences have my locale saved - yet - the default location the app sends to websities is still in Kansas - is there any way to change that? I do NOT want to send my location to websites because the location my browser reports is miles away from my actual location due to ISP limits.

That isn't a function of Opera. By default, people with no location are assigned a place in Kansas.

Your computer has no wi-fi? On devices with wi-fi the computer can be accurate to a couple of feet.

@comanchepilot-0 Try checking in your OS settings if there isn't a way to set up a specific location.

On a computer with no wi-fi, my location is listed as the same as any other person using the same ISP here in town - near the reservoir 5 miles from my actual location. If you want, you might request they add a feature where users with no wi-fi could specify a location (though it would have to be close to what your ISP says to be believable).

@comanchepilot-0 Geolocation is provided by Google, so maybe you can try changing things there.
