Do you have set any password on your windows account? I kinda remember some old problems with passwordless accounts, maybe this is somehow related. (Opera encrypts saved passwords using windows account credentials.)

Temporarily create a new account on Windows to test with, log into it and test Opera there. Opera will get a fresh profile there. Don't enable Opera Sync or install any extensions. Just test to see if everything gets saved in browsers.

@baransekeroglu It's up to you. If you just want to be done with the problem, use the new user account. If you don't mind troubleshooting the problem more, you can try to figure out what's wrong with your original user account. Your best bet is to search for issues with Chrome not saving passwords unless you create a new user account. Maybe some post will reveal what's wrong with the user accounts that have this problem.
