yes i did rename and opened a clean profile and nothing changed. It doesnt save changes like bookmarks or anything

@baransekeroglu It seems that Opera is not being able to write on the profile directory and, therefore, save the changes.
Did you try running Opera as administrator?

Also download and install Opera Portable and see if it has the same issue.

@leocg So i tried opening opening opera as administrator then logging in
closing opera and opening again as administrator but it didnt work

I also tried Opera Portable it did have the same issue i also tried to open it as administrator and nothing changed

Do you have set any password on your windows account? I kinda remember some old problems with passwordless accounts, maybe this is somehow related. (Opera encrypts saved passwords using windows account credentials.)

@baransekeroglu Don't remember have seen such message before. Opera doesn't seem to be able to write on your disk.
Can you save your passwords in other browsers?

What about cookies, they are saved?

@leocg After this issue with opera started no other browsers seem to be remembering my passwords too
and yes my cookies are saved

@baransekeroglu It should but if you need to login again - supposing that you didn't logoff - then cookies or, at least, some cookies may not being solved.

Are you using any third party software that may be deleting your data?
