I have followed the instructions as well as I have checked in the Check boxes to save passwords, but it still doesn't work. Please teach me how to solve this problem.

@Kimdo go to opera:flags#PasswordImport and enable it, press "Relaunch" button, Go to opera:settings/passwords, click the 3-horizontal-dots symbol on the right of "Saved Passwords", and select "Import", then select your .csv file.
