@burnout426 Im using a standard win 7(64 bit). The problem i have currently is only with opera i ran the same vids on UC and Chrome, they work fine there i don't really understand all the complicated stuff you just mentioned but i do know that the problem is not from win or from net, otherwise chrome and UC wouldn't work either.

No need to test anymore. Enough users have confirmed that Opera is broken on Win7 when it comes to this.
chrome
Note that unlike other Chromium-based browsers, Chrome doesn't use system decoders for playback. It has everything built in. This means that Chrome could play videos fine even if Windows didn't have the proper decoders while Opera and other Chromium-based browsers would fail. You're not running into this case though. Just an FYI that Chrome isn't a great comparison for testing/troubleshooting in this case. UC (that you tested with), Vivaldi, the new Chromium-based Edge, and Brave should be good comparisons though.

I've not been able to play videos on bitchute.com for many months (no sound). Not sure at which version they stopped. All other sites have been ok though, plus on Vivaldi, etc.

@paulpaffett It only suggests reinstalling and so far that was ineffective as well. However it seems there's a bug in the new update and Opera team is working on it.

Just an FYI, this is also affecting Windows 10 systems. It is not limited to Windows 7.

@leocg I think the videos have something in common, that have ratings of viewers over 18 years of age, maybe this has some effect on the error.
Referred to the operating system, I think that is not the problem since in Google Chrome the videos are seen correctly, and it is used in the same webkit. In addition, it only happens in some videos since the last Opera update. I have been an Opera user since 2002 and it has never happened.

There are some video and audio fixes in general and for Win7 in Opera Developer 69.0.3623.0 at https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2020/03/opera-69-0-3623-0-developer-update/ if you want to test before they reach beta and stable.
