• Add the ability to change the color or theme of the main browser window. A dark theme visually reduces the workspace because most sites are light.

• Add night mode.

I do agree that there should be more themes, I hoped for at least night and dark theme.

Isn't there already some appearance setting for Day and Night in Opera?

This is the Opera GX forum, and it has no such setting. Regular Opera does.

@novikov @stanislavstratil @Sumire @sgunhouse The best thing that I have found to use it is to get 2 extensions the first is the Chrome to Opera extension converter. This would let you get most extensions that are for chrome to operate on opera. The second is called Dark Reader. It is hands down the best night mode extension that I have found. You need to turn on the setting to let the extension operate in the web search mode. the only places this doesn't work is in the sidebars or pages that block extensions (bank pages or similar secure pages)

Strongly agree, the only reason stops me using GX is there is only a dark theme, I need it light.

I love the opera gx, but i hate the dark theme... Why not a light theme or more themes?
