Can't use vpn on my pc

HELLO
Yesterday I installed the lastest version of opera for the first time on my pc it works but when I activate vpn I have this message "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" ...on my mobile Opera mini the vpn works well and sites are deblocked.
the pc and the mobile use the same router.
the question is how to configure on pc ? also that i have an ESET antivirus installed?

also - if this is 1st opera install

try this - in the ESET antivirus

disable SSL/TLS in settings..

Opera vpn should work now..

if so then - re - enable SSL/TLS back in settings

Then - put opera into the exception in SSL/TLS Section..
