Opera advertisement-popup redirects to "deals.opera.com" / legit ?

Just found this advertisement on my browser. Its the second time within a week and Im wondering if its legit, and if so, what the f* is going on ?
Are we there yet? Not even Chrome does this.........Its redirecting to
"https://deals.opera.com/de/dsl/?utm_source=ia-notification&utm_medium=desktop&utm_campaign=0008_v1_2"

No extensions were installed and still no option to disable it ?

I wont use a browser, which shows unasked ads. -

It says "Check to dont show this advertisement again".
But I think, they mean they type of ad. I checked the box several times, but it will still show up every few days.
But enough is enough. I guess its worth it to take a look on the Vivaldi browser for folks, who are into Opera. -

I have the precise same issue. Also checked the "don't show this again" checkbox but ad keeps re-appearing.

Same for me in French... "Compare home insurance offers" and this bring me here : https://deals.opera.com/fr/assurance-habitation what the hell Opera ?! Can we disable this ?
