Is there anyway to make another search engine (such as Ecosia) my default search engine on Opera GX?

I've searched for an answer for quite a bit but so far have not found one. I've added it to the "other search engines" with the proper URL and keyword but there's no way to make it my default. If there is no way, is there any chance it can be implemented?

@jefry03 Only pre-configured search engines can be set as the default one.

@o0neill Never really thought about it. At a first glance, I see no problems but since I don't work for Opera nor I have decision powers, I guess it doesn't really matter,
