It is a "floating issue" when accessing from Russia without VPN or proxy.

I can not download the browser.Browser loading ends with a blank page

In Russia, you can not download the Opera browser. When you click on the "Download" button, you are thrown onto a blank page and nothing happens.
But if you turn on VPN, the problem is solved.

We're working on fixing that (and also make the fix more permanent as it seems that our efforts to address this issue so far have failed). Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
