Different brightess on webpages

I use Opera 22 for Windows. The browser automatically dimms brightness on the websites. Where can I disable this feature?

I don't know such feature in Opera. Maybe some extension is doing it?

And what about your video card and monitor settings? It may be related to adaptative brightness.

Automatic brightness is disabled on the computer. This occurs only in Opera.

Are you sure it's not related to a pop-up on the page requesting you to subscribe or warning you about site cookies ?, as Opera (maybe other browsers too) tends to focus on such requesters, thus dimming the page in the background in the process. Have you browsed around such pages to see if such requesters are present and require acknowledgement ?.

I open a webpage and the site is bright. After a few seconds the site gets darker like someone adjust brightness. If I open another site, same procedure.
