After a few seconds the site gets darker like someone adjust brightness. If I open another site, same procedure.</p>

Have you browsed around such pages to see if such requesters are present and require acknowledgement ?.</p>

Maybe some extension is doing it?</p>
<p dir="auto">And what about your video card and monitor settings? It may be related to adaptative brightness.</p>
