Yes, the problem has reappeared. When I try to access the Opera forum from Russia, an error 502 appears.
Helps to enter the forum by enabling VPN in Opera

When I type 185.26.182.111 in address bar, I receive the message about wrong certificate. But I can open the login page.
The login page also opens in Firefox, but when I enter my login and password I receive 502 Bad Gateway message.

Thanks for the report. We are investigating the cause for this issue and will try to fix it as soon as possible. I will update you guys when I have more information.

OK, it should be fixed now.
We have also identified a root cause for this issue and a fix that prevents it from happening again will be deployed shortly. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you can, please confirm that you can access forums from Russia now.
