Guess what. even just a discussion or response into what reasons are behind the lack of this feature would be appreciated. Communication is always gold.

Well somebody must be reading this forum at Opera, since my last comment (and first in a very long time) has been deleted. Think I'll do the same with Opera GX (delete it.) After all, MS Edge is actually a pretty solid Chromium-based browser.

@leocg Fair enough. That's why I'm removing GX from all my computers. I'm afraid I cannot allow non-syncing of extensions on my machines, of which I have many. No hard feelings!

@iacs Exactly. That's why I'm reading this (and responding) from Edge. Lol.

Opera for real, why you don't add this feature - Yesterday- ???
It's the only reason that can make me switch back to Chrome...

Well I joined the forum just to add my voice to this feature request !
I am shocked and disappointed that Opera does not have this facility, while chrome does.
OK so it means another 10 minutes installing my old extensions - not really a massive issue - but I am surprised this feature does not exist.

2022 and I still had to sync extensions manually. This time I came with a easy way, how to sync opera extensions faster. I created a bookmark folder, where I stored all my extensions links, so next time, I will right click, open all links in that folder and than I will just be hitting install everywhere. I am still kinda sad, that after so many years, (one of) the most requested feature is still not implemented.
