how to enable Picture in Picture for unpin video as it is implemented on browsers : Google Chrome and Vivaldi ?

Opera has it's own feature called Video Pop Out (long before Chrome)

When you hover mouse over video player you'll see icon in middle of top border. Click it and that's it.
If you cant see it, you probably disabled it settings.

@vux777 On the site https://vk.com/, this function has long ceased to work, so you have to use other browsers. And not all sites work this function in the Opera browser, so I would like this function to be in Opera.

Did you already enable opera://flags/#enable-picture-in-picture?

Anyway, it doesn't seem to be working in Opera.

@leocg changing the user agent also does not work

I reported a bug for VK video's DNAWIZ-50385
let's see what dev's will do... if it's possible to fix it

btw. picture in picture is chromium flag, and that flag is just leftover... it's not actually working in Opera
there are some other flags-leftovers...like omnibox flags

Probably because it's not the native player menu. If you open a mp4 file in Opera, you will see the option to turn on picture-in-picture, although it isn't working.
