If you open a mp4 file in Opera, you will see the option to turn on picture-in-picture, although it isn't working.</p>

let's see what dev's will do... if it's possible to fix it</p>
<p dir="auto">btw. <strong>picture in picture</strong> is chromium flag, and that flag is just leftover... it's not actually working in Opera<br />
there are some other flags-leftovers...like omnibox flags</p>

<p dir="auto">When you hover mouse over video player you'll see icon in middle of top border. Click it and that's it.<br />
If you cant see it, you probably disabled it settings.</p>
