Downloaded a .pdf version of a monthly magazine

Hello, yesterday on a website I visit regularly I downloaded their bi-monthly magazine. Now when I return to the same website and click on a link it takes me to a page that displays the site in a bulleted format with no content. This is very strange and I don't know how to fix it. Thanks.

That's a CSS problem - whatever stylesheet controls their navigation bar at the top of the page isn't loading - or perhaps all of their stylesheets. Though they load fine here, so I'm not sure why.
