Hi,
Pretty much read every forums posts/articles i could find, but none were useful.

The only ressource i found that was useful was this post from july 2015. And it is outdated...

So here my question, how do i create my own animated wallpaper, if it's still possible).

Did you try adding a webm file?

Yes, and it just open the .webm in a new tab.
I forgot to said that I'm using the up to date Stable version of Opera.

Maybe it's supported anymore? What about a mp4 file?

Yeah, it seems so.
No matter how much i try, I can't set the wallpaper to a video format.

Not video; try a GIF, SVG or APNG file.
