The only ressource i found that was useful was this post from july 2015. And it is outdated...

So here my question, how do i create my own animated wallpaper, if it's still possible).

Yeah, it seems so.
No matter how much i try, I can't set the wallpaper to a video format.

I forgot to said that I'm using the up to date Stable version of Opera.
