How to find old browser history again?

Hello Community of Opera,

I have the following request:

In my current Opera browser, not the whole history is displayed, but only until the end of May. But if I go back now from May on, I was shown the progress until the end of January.

Is the browser history shortened?
How can I find the old browser history from January to May?

Where is the location of the browsing history?

Ask for your help.

In your profile (see Help > About Opera for the location of your profile) there is a file named simply History (no extension). Though your history is not infinite - if you use Opera long enough some of the older data will be dropped. As far as format, it is some sort of database. I'm sure the date will be stored as an internet timestamp and hence not immediately readable, but you'd have to check with Chromium's file information to see the exact format.

As far as I know, Chromium limits the history to 90 days, maybe a little more.

What exactly do you mean by Chromium's file?
Is this a tool / program?

Opera uses most of Chromium's sourcecode to create its browser, hence most of Opera's files will be the same as Chromium's. Look up how Chromium stores its history, that will be the same way Opera does it.
