Having problems setting http & https protocols in Opera 12.18

On Windows 10 I have the default browser set to Opera 55. The default protocols of http & https is set to Opera, the exttensions htm & html is set to Opera.

When I try to set the protocols in 12.18 Internet Explorer always pops up as the default.

So I tried setting in the Open with other applications and can't get that to work.

What do I need to do or try? Can I edit one of Opera's ini files?

Well, this turned out to be MUCH easier then I thought.
Not sure where I got those parameters in 12.18 on a win 7
machine but was trying to use them in a Win 10 machine.

Hell, all I had to do was point it to the launcher.

Problem solved.
